Spawns Villiger not Witch - I know this used to work. But no longer does. I can only spawn Villigers for admin shops. I really need to beable to spawn Other NPCs as I do have others already. Spawned B4 I upgraded to current version.Non critical

Make sure the witch shops are actually enabled in the config. Also make sure you have the permission to create witch shops.
Edit: seems I have brought in a tiny bug in the recent code formatting resulting in all shop types being interpreted as being disabled..

Will be fixed in the next update.
