I cannot reproduce your problem, at least reloading works fine for me.
However, notice that the trade will not show up if the chest does no longer contain any book-and-quill items, or the written source book involved in the trade. It will show up again once you refill the chest.
So make sure that the chest still contains those items.

I can't create any prices for book shopkeepers... I am using a written book to sell should I use the book shopkeeper or a different mode!! Thanks for your help!!

The book shopkeeper works fine for me. Add the book into the chest together with a bunch of book and quill items, and then setup the prices in the editor.
