Invisible shopkeepers

Hello, the shopkeepers on my server are invisible and we don't know why since we haven't touched anything in the config.yml file and no errors appear in the console. The plugin is active but the shopkeepers are invisible.

Please attach your save file and specify you exact server build number.

Also try to reproduce this on a fresh an up-to-date Spigot or Paper server without other plugins, mods and without client side mods.

If I cannot reproduce the issue with the information provided, I won't be able to help.

What exactly do you mean by that?

I can't upload the save.yaml because it tells me it's not a valid format. How can I send it to you?

Yeah, odd that Github no longer supports uploading yml or text files. But you can work around it by just zipping the file, or at least renaming it to something like save.yml.zip

Also please attach your server startup log: It should contain your exact server version and the Shopkeepers startup log.

save.zip.zip

Hello, I was able to send it to you.

I am not able to identify the issue: I am able to load the save file just fine on an up-to-date Spigot 1.21.4 server. And for testing purposes, I changed the world of the first shopkeeper in the file to match my world and the shopkeeper spawns just fine:

So my guess is that the issue is caused by something else specific to your server and setup.

Please try to reprodue your issue on a fresh and up-to-date server without other plugins and with a vanilla Minecraft client and confirm that the shopkeeper loads fine there. Then step by step re-add plugins and make changes towards your actual setup until you can identify which aspect of your setup is causing this issue.

Closing this ticket since I cannot reproduce this yet. If you have and further information that might help to reproduce with (with a minimal setup), just comment on this ticket.
