What steps will reproduce the problem?

Silk touching a spawner

Expected output

Receiving 1 Spawner

What do you see instead?

Receiving 1 Spawner in Inventory and one dropped on ground

Please provide any additional information below.

Iv tried changing output from Receive in INV to true and false and the problem still occurred!
