So erm I'm new to minehut and being a server owner, I recently installed this plugin and it only works for me (who is the only OP on this server) , numerous players have been complaining to say the plugin doesn't work even with a silk touch enchanted pickaxe and normal picks.

Am I doing something wrong or..?

Your issue does not contain a valid output of the /version command and will now be closed and ignored.
Please create a new issue, follow the template and include a valid /version output.
