What steps will reproduce the problem?

With the mods installed and other plugins installed, right clicking a spawner with a spawn egg or using the /spawner command.
I will list the plugins and mods in extra details.

Expected output

Expected that the spawner visual and function would change to the selected type.

What do you see instead?

The spawner remains its previous type.

Log file of the issue/error

I see no errors in the server console or log!
The plugin even gives the chat message that the type was successfully changed, but it does not appear or function as though it has.

/version output?

This server is running Thermos version 1.7.10-1614 (MC: 1.7.10)

Notably, right clicking with a spawn egg in creative rather than left clicking in survival WILL change the spawner type correctly.
Using /spawner on a block that has given the "successful" message returns the old spawner type, not the new.
I have made sure the players have the silkspawners.changetypewithegg.* permission, and as an admin this issue occurs for me as well, so I do not think it is a permission problem.
Help with this issue would be greatly appreciated! I apologize there is no console error, I really have no clue what could be happening.
