Does not run on Purpur 1.21.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Installed plugin on Purpur 1.21.4 and attempted to start the server.

Expected output

For it to run and work.

What do you see instead?

Errors and the plugin being disabled.

Hey there, we are on the latest version of purpur 1.21.3 and the latest dev builds seems to work fine for us, players are able to get the spawners with the command and break it with silk touch.
