Bug description

I Host a 14go neoforge 1.21.1 Bisect serv with like 10 people and 100 mod. We cant talk 3 people at the same time without bug like cut. Why

i also try to reduce de bitrate to 512 but nothing change

2 Talk in the serv
3 Bug in the serv
4 so go to discord (help)

Expected behavior

Not having packet loss
