Bug description
The icons above players do not appear if name tag display is disabled server-side using plugins like eHideTags (or others that utilize NAME_TAG_VISIBILITY to hide name tags).
Minecraft version
1.21.7
Mod/Plugin version
1.21.7-2.5.35
Mod/Plugin loader and version
Fabric Loader 0.16.14
Steps to reproduce
- Install a server-side plugin that hides player name tags, such as eHideTags, and configure it to hide all name tags.
- Join the server with Simple Voice Chat installed on the client.
- Observe that the voice chat icons above players’ heads do not appear.
Expected behavior
Voice chat icons should remain visible above players’ heads even when name tags are hidden via server-side plugins like eHideTags, so that it is always clear who is speaking.

If this is intended behavior, I apologize, but it is very confusing — especially in a crowded SMP server, where it becomes difficult to tell who is speaking.
