you can create a lag.yml on plugin folder with msg to translate ? right now i know its inside jar ( lang.propreties )... but outside jar is very simple to translate

A jar is just like a zip file use WinRar choose to copy the Jar with it. Then double click the lang.properties to open it make your changes and save it back to the jar. Least that's a tmp fix for you.
