Top clans and top players position should be the same number when the KDR is the same
So for example we have 5 clans. 2 of them have 1KDR and the other three ones have 0.5KDR.
So the 2 with 1 should have position 1 and the other three position 3.
So if a new clan is created with 0 KDR it would have position 6
