i cant use effectlib effects! Skript reported errors: cant understand this condition/effect

Steps to Reproduce

spawn a wave effect at location of player with id 1 with flame
(i dont know if i wrote it wrong, and i cant use any effectlib effects!)

Expected Behavior

the wiki has detailed examples.

OMG, What a pity! Maybe i have to give up the plugin :(

Previously based on who was using skRayFall, I didn't support EffectLib for 1.13 since it would negatively effect the most people were. However, in the next version of skRayFall I will be supporting the newer version of EffectLib and dropping support for pre-1.13 EffectLib.
