Description (Required)

my admine placed a reinforced spawner on the ground (grass block), upon placing it, the console shows an error.
Additionally:
He changed the type to zombie
used a pick of containment to mine the spawner
repaired it, and placed it again
There were no errors in console at this point.
He repeated the process with a new reinforced spawner and the same error showed in console.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

get a reinforced spawner via /sf give or /sf cheat commands
place the reinforced spawner (this should be a pig spawner)
look in the log

Expected behavior (Required)

exactly what happened, but with no errors
