Birthday Cake can be mined and replaced even after being partly or almost entirely eaten.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Place birthday cake. Eat some of the cake. Mine the cake and you'll have your whole cake again.

Expected behavior (Required)

I would expect that this is not intended behavior for this item and that it is simply intended to be eaten or destroyed when mined as normal cake would be and that it is only a specially named cake with nothing else particularly remarkable about it. My apologies if I am wrong about that.
