All Exotic Garden generated fruits and vegetables turned to heads.

Expected behavior (Required)

This happened after I updated SlimeFun and Exotic Garden. I had no idea it would break, or else i wouldn't have updated. I tried using the slimefun data backups but they still appear as heads. This happens to already generated trees. I grew saplings and they behave normally, they don't appear as corelib heads.
What can I do to restore them? Is there any way to at least erase the already generated heads and generate new ones?
