SF Guide Issue

Description (Required)

We disabled all items in a world, restarted, selected Lava Generator in the guide, then closed the guide, it won't re-open now and spits this error if we use the command: https://pastebin.com/yAGJvCrd

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Disable all items in a world
Restart
Open the guide book, select Lava Generator
Close the guide, it won't re-open
