I just been told by staff on the official discord that ender talismans may only work while having them on the ender chest, well, yesterday I got a double wither skeleton head drop while having the Ender Talisman of the Hunter in the inventory.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Craft an Ender Talisman of the Hunter and put it in your inventory, kill mobs and watch how drops double.

Expected behavior (Required)

It is expected to work only while having it in the ender chest
