Energy regulators will disappear whenever they are placed or connected to a nuclear reactor. Its floating info panel stays but is frozen.

Just connect the energy regulator to a nuclear reactor

I updated to CS-CoreLib vDEV - 80 (git e2d58f7) the problem is still there.
