Shorten discribe on title. I have record this video, you can watch this kind of bug, it's cause hight TPS drop with my server

Environment

Spigot 1.15.1 (My test server) but this appear in my main server 1.14.4 too

All of that suggests WorldEdit, make sure you're latest version and if so send them that. They have a lockup on an event so our hook can't fire properly.
