Energy Regulator no longer functioning and rapidly duplicating invisible armor stands

Description (Required)

Placing the Energy Regulator no longer creates an electric network, but instead just places an infinite self-replicating invisible named "Armor Stand".

revision: This bug also applies to cargo managers!!!

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Attempt to place a new Energy Regulator. Trying to remove it will leave floating "Armor Stand" text which is unremovable without the use of commands. There won't be just one... but many armor stands in that location depending on how long you left the original Energy Regulator block before breaking it.

Expected behavior (Required)

Placing the block should just be like placing an Energy Regulator normally is: energy network created... only ONE invisible armor stand is created.

I have no idea how such an Issues could even happen...
Especially because that stuff wasn't touched in ages.

I tried to reproduce your issue but it works completely fine for me.
Are you using any newly installed or updated plugins that mess with Armor Stands?

no i'm sure not. I have a "armor stand editor" which has been on and not interfered in almost a year, but otherwise nothing.

Other recently updated plugins include libsdisguises and jobs reborn, i don't think either do anything with armor stands.

i have restarted my server without all of those 3 plugins, this problem is certainly within slimefun itself. I'll try rolling back to previous versions till I find one that doesn't include the issue.

oops i take that back, it's the plugin StackMob (recently resurrected). I've tried adding "armor_stand" to its black list to no avail it still happens so not sure what to do about it at this point other than to once again not use that plugin until they do something to it to make it play nice.
