Description (Required)

Any broken Spawner cannot be crafted to reinforced Spawner Due to Unrecognized Recipe even though it is correct when right clicking on "Ancient Alter"

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Make recipe for any reinforced spawner and try to use it with ancient alter by right clicking on it. With any broken spawner it gives you the following error: "Slimefun 4 > Unknown Recipe! Use the correct Recipe instead!" even though the recipe is correct.

Expected behavior (Required)

A reinforced spawner to be created.

we tried cow, pig, skeleton, wither skeleton, zombie, etc. used pickaxe of containment Silktouch to get broken spawner. also tried /sf give it to myself for testing and using soul jars. All methods fail.
