Cant create nickle in smeltery

My friend currently owns a server and everytime anyone trys to use the smeltery in order to create nickle it creates iron and it appears creating nickle doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Attempt to make nickle?

Expected behavior (Required)

Its supposed to create a nickle ingot but currently it is unable too.

Server Log / Error Report

Unable to see issues, sorry.

Having the same issue with steel_ingot.
Can give it with /sf cheat but cant craft or /sf give
