This is not a bug report as such but I'm sure the obnoxiously loud Infused Magnet sound has
been mentioned at least a million times elsewhere.

For ages the Infused Magnet very loud enderman warping sound that can be heard from very far away and is obnoxiously loud, agreed by all players and server owners who ever talk about that.
For the same ages I have tried to fix it or hoped you guys would. No luck.
Today I found a very easy user friendly fix even a 10 year old kid could do
with any version of SF that has infused magnet.

unzip the .jar any version of SF that has MagnetTask.class and
extract a copy of the file in the below path.
anySlimefun4.jar\io\github\thebusybiscuit\slimefun4\implementation\tasks\MagnetTask.class

ClassEditor 2.23 (Sourceforge.net) Run class editor's .jar with java.
Open the copy of MagnetTask.class with class editor.

Set the editing mode in class editor to on and navigate down the lines
of editable fields in MagnetTask.class till you see the beast. There he is!
Dont look in his eyes! That anoying ages old SF camping enderman! So it's just a single line,
replace it with a new more subtle 1.15.2 sound effect, adjust what appears to be a min and max sound volume variable or it's volume and pitch, if required near the sound effect name. Save this class file and replace the one in anySF4.jar\io\github\thebusybiscuit\slimefun4\implementation\tasks.

When you use the new MagnetTask.class slimefun jar it makes SF Infused magnet have whatever sound you set. I used BLOCK_NOTE_BLOCK_BIT. Works perfectly.

While the above method used to fix this is sketchy much it still works very well and anyone can do it
plus keep new versions updated with the same fix. I'm still reporting this enderman warping sound
as set way too loud in the MagnetTask.class
, so loud that it should be considered a bug, yeah?
Big peace and harmony to you all. Thank you for keeping the good times going. <3

BTW I', Jabber, John made SlimeScrap plugin from my idea, he was OP on my Piper Survival server.
Best wishes!

what version are you even running since that has been changed almost a year ago?

Slimefun4 SM - RC 11 (git 5035f).jar for 1.15.2 lol.
Check that jar and class yourself. Still plays enderman sound.

(I put a SM in my jar name so I could tell the modified Silent Magnet version from non edited jar.)

The lock might have been unnnecessary here.
Please only use the Bug Tracker to report actual bugs.

Also I do NOT recommend you to do this yourself. Messing with the compiled jar and modifying it can be extremely bad if you dont know what you are doing.

The sound can very easily be changed through normal means but this approach will also not work with auto updates and disabling those will just mean a ton more bugs down the line.

Also no, noone ever complained about these soungs being too loud after they were altered.
