Electric Gold Pans Disappearing

Description (Required)

A few seconds after placing an Electric Gold Pan (3) multiple errors pop up and the block disappears. Along with this, any other machines placed in those spots cease to function as well.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

  1. Place electric gold pan
  2. Power it and fill it with gravel
  3. Wait a few seconds
  4. It disappears after sever error

Expected behavior (Required)

It to stay and do its job. It's been in my system for a while and they just started disappearing yesterday.
