Slimefun items become unusable after a restart

Description
It appears that after a restart, some slimefun items become unusable. The items themselves replace all color code characters with a ? character and therefore remove all their correct coloring. E.g. Slimefun Guide (Book GUI)
turns into ?aSlimefun Guide ?7(BookGUI)
. I ASSUME this is why the items stop functioning.
I have had reports of this happening even when a restart hasn't happened, but majority of reports happen after a restart occurs.
