Description (Required)

Woodcutter androids infinitely mine stem blocks, stripped stem blocks, hyphae (bark version of stem) and stripped hyphae.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (Required)

Place a woodcutter android, setting it to chop and replant. Then place a warped or crimson stem where it is supposed to be chopping and replanting. The android will begin to mine the same block indefinitely, not even able to finish the step once.

Expected behavior (Required)

The stem is either mined and not replaced or mined and replaced with a fungus, and finishes the step.
