Craft from stacked potions does not work perfectly.
If you put 4 potion items in the Enhanced Crafting Table, 3 are lost and 1 empty glass bottle is left with a custom name.

Stacked potion items are not lost when crafting.

You cannot stack potions under normal circumstances anyway...

But Slimefun recipe create stacked potions.

which you have already reported as a bug.
So decide on what you want. But to me this is really just spamming the issue tracker with a bunch of duplicates or invalid tickets that conflict each other.
