Description (REQUIRED)

The rare occasion when a player may use an explosive pick on a block that is directly against the shimmering wall... it will blast away blocks on the opposite side, leaving behind damages that cannot be repaired via normal means.

Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

Place a block against the barrier of the world border (you may have to build up from the ground as you can't actually place the block "on" the barrier itself... ensure there's blocks on the other side of the barrier surrounding that location... then strike the block with an explosive pickaxe magically make changes to a portion of the map which should be completely inaccessible to everyone.

Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

Should blow up the block that was struck but do no damage beyond the barrier (I feel the plugin worldborder barrier should also be included in any checks).
