Previous Channel in Cargo IP/OUT Pipe forgot circular channel switching

📍 Description (REQUIRED)

Previous Channel in Cargo Nodes (Input, Output) & Advanced Cargo Node (Output) when clicked doesn't go from Channel ID: 1 to Channel ID: 16 like it used to.

💡 Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

Clicking Previous Channel while on Channel ID: 1 should go back to Channel ID: 16 and then work as intended.
