Tome of Knowledge Sharing can be used to store enchants. You can use the enchanting table to add enchants to the Tome of Knowledge Sharing.

1. Give Tome of Knowledge Sharing.
2. Place Tome of Knowledge Sharing to enchanting table.
3. You can use the enchanting table to add enchants to the Tome of Knowledge Sharing.

Tome of Knowledge Sharing can not used to store enchants
