When using Towny 0.96.2.20 with Slimefun (versions), anyone without permission can bypass Towny protections to break any Slimefun blocks (heads, or full sized blocks) freely without any restrictions.

📑 Steps to reproduce the Issue (REQUIRED)

Place any Slimefun block inside a Towny claim.
Have someone not in your Town come over and break the block.
Block is broken.

💡 Expected behavior (REQUIRED)

Block should not be broken and should respect Towny protections.

🗒️ Notes

When approached with this issue to Towny Devs, they stated it is a priority issue with Slimefun.
