In the ancient altar, if you put the recipe of the water rune correctly, it won't craft. I've tried rotating it and everything but it doesn't work at all.

• Minecraft Version: 1.16.3
• Slimefun Version: DEV - 729 (git 38bf228)
• CS-CoreLib Version: DEV - 91 (git e42a05d1)

This was awhile ago, yet I still cannot craft a water rune to this date. Here's the plugins the server is using, as well as the versions of Slimefun and the addons:

I have a feeling that it could be an issue between slimefun addons because I've tried making it on another server without the addons and it worked fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use slimefun, exotic garden, ecopower and extra heads plugin
2. Insert recipe into ancient altar
3. Replies with "Unkown Recipe!
