This is something that was in the plugin before, but I cant seem to find where it is. The difference between this and normal, is that you need research to make it, but not use it. It would allow for a team system, so if you wanted to use machines you can, but it you cant make the parts for it.

First off, its not a bug.

Exactly, hence why this was closed and marked as invalid, this isn't a Bug Report. So it should not have been posted here.

Secondly I can't get on the discord because of the community bug.

Yeah, after 15 days discord is still broken as hell... I've been messaging their support constantly, without any luck.
Maybe they'll fix their stuff some day...

Lastly, you can disable Researches in your Researches.yml, individually or globally.
But there is no such thing as "only for crafting" researches.

First off, its not a bug. Secondly I can't get on the discord because of the community bug. And thirdly I was asking if there is a way to make research an optional thing. You would not need research to use, but to make you do. That would be for one block machines and backpack type of things.
