Solar Panels Only Giving Half their energy.

- I am using the official english version of Slimefun and did not modify the jar.
- I am using an up to date "DEV" (not "RC") version of Slimefun.
- I am aware that issues related to Slimefun addons need to be reported on their bug trackers and not here.
- I searched for similar open issues and could not find an existing bug report on this.
📍 Description
My solar panels are only giving half as thair suposed energy
And im using no addons
📑 Reproduction Steps
Place the energy Regulator
Place the solar panels as usual (I have tested with carbonado and enegized solar panels)
Put in the day light
💡 Expected Behavior
I have no idea

This is likely just due to LiteXpansion or it raining/storming and the client not registering it (long standing MC bug). I recommend joining the Discord server.

The Energy regulator measures energy in J/t whereas the lore shows it it J/s.
1 tick equals 0.5 seconds, so this very much adds up.
