[Oreoffuscator] Producing vanilla ores from using Stone blocks in Block Placer

- I searched for similar open issues and could not find an existing bug report on this.
📍 Description
When using a block placer to place ores then a piston to push them, you make ores from stone.
plugins used:
oreoffuscator
slimefun + some addons
Reason for reporting here:
from issue Imprex-Development/orebfuscator#190 (not this issue!!!)
NgLoader: You need to report this issue to slimefun since they are the ones that have an integration for orebfuscator. Tell them something along the lines of the mining bot doesn't work properly with the orebfuscator integration.
📑 Reproduction Steps
block placer with stone blocks
a piston pushing the blocks
boom you produce ores from stone somehow.
💡 Expected Behavior
Stone is suppose to stay as stone.
