Cooldowns do not work, causing players to only be able to cast each spell once.

Cooldowns do not function properly at all.

The player can only cast the spell once before the broken cooldown code stops them from doing more.

I have a fix, there was just one tiny mistake. However, it seems like groups broke all over again, so I'm trying to make sure everything is stable before pushing.Sorry about the delay...
