By default, empty bundles can be placed inside each other, allowing them to, in an odd way, stack to 16. However, this plugin seems to restrict the ability for bundles to nest as such.

Can confirm that bundles seem a bit broken when they are set to stack. This may take some work to handle, but I'll see what I can do.
