As of right now, the only thing I can think of left is to handle Brewing like I have so far for Furnaces and Enchantment tables.

If there are any other ways that I can improve shift clicking, or something doesn't work like it should, let me know here.

Edit: Going to take another round of testing on this and then close it as everything should be working fine.
