Drinking from a stack of milk buckets does not return a bucket.

Currently, there is no way to detect that someone drank from a milk bucket, which means I can't return an empty bucket.

Go vote up this issue: https://bukkit.atlassian.net/browse/BUKKIT-280 so it gets more attention.
