Describe the bug

When wearing the communicator with handles located on the Tardis Console (in an item frame), the message stating that I must equip the communicator still occurs.

To Reproduce

1. obtain both Handles and a communicator (used commands in my case)
2. place handles on Tardis Console with item frame
3. run tardis update to inform console of handles presence
4. equip communicator (using left/click while holding it)
5. leave tardis
6. ask handles to takeoff
7. profit!

I was able to use handles while inside the tardis, so commands are working, just not with the communicator.

Should be fixed - the code was checking for an outdated item

looks like there's a sticking point elsewhere. Does enchanting the item cause issues?

Edit: pulled a new one and got the same message

What handles command are you trying to run?
NVM I can see it in the screen shot, so Handles is working, you just can't travel unless you're in the TARDIS...

That'll take a bit more work...
