Describe the bug
/tardistravel biome doesn't respect Chunky border 😢
To Reproduce
- I typed
/tardistravel biome PLAINS - Took off
- Exited the TARDIS after landing

Interesting... the /ttravel biome command runs the same check as any other travel command or things like the stattenheim remote, will have to do some testing
Can't reproduce, if a located biome is outside my Chunky Border I get a message saying so - the only issue I've found is that if travel.no_destination_malfunctions is true in the config, you get a malfunction, but the travel message says the biome destination was set successfully (even though it wasn't).
Are you using TerraformGenerator in the world you were travelling in?
Yes, I kept installed. Do you recommend to change travel.no_destination_malfunctions to false?

TerraformGenerator shouldn't make any difference - as the ChunkyBorder check just gets passed a location, but I should probably test it to make sure
