Describe the bug

I flew from outside of a tardis area, into one that was predefined, and attempted to park oops.

To Reproduce

1. land somewhere near, but not inside a predfined tardisarea
2. use exterior flight mode
3. attempt to land inside a predefined tardisarea.

There was output to my client "[TARDIS] You cannot land here as the area is protected! The TARDIS will drift in the Time Vortex instead.

It just.... didn't put me back into the tardis and left me "wearing" my tardis O_O

forcing a teleport into my tardis shows it is indeed drifting in the time vortex.

Exterior flight is even more broken on 1.21.5, so will look at this in the process of fixing it

Flight somewhat fixed, but still broken on Paper for some unknown reason
