Describe the feature request

Players should be able to combine multiple artron cells in the crafting grid (assuming they are not fully charged) to consolidate them into a single cell with the artron sum of the ingredient cells.

The cells can be stored in chests and deposited into the TARDIS one by one, but combining them would make organization easier.
