Power button in control GUI not updating icon properly

Describe the bug

The power button in the control centre seems to update its icon based on the state of the "blocks behind door" button, instead of the state of the artron energy capacitor. It should toggle based on whether the TARDIS is powered.

To Reproduce

  1. Enter your TARDIS
  2. Open the control centre
  3. Observe the state of the power button.
  4. Click the power button to toggle it
  5. Open the control centre again and observe that the button looks the same
  6. Toggle the blocks behind door and observe that the power button has changed as well
