Describe the feature request

Players should be able to toggle the TARDIS handbrake from across the console room with the sonic. Currently, it just flips the lever as if it was a vanilla lever.

Describe alternatives you've considered

If there is a lore or technical reason why we shouldn't be able to toggle flight with the sonic, we should prevent the state of the lever from being changed at least.

Looks like it's working to me! Thanks for implementing this, I think it really adds to the immersion when running around the console.
