Describe the bug

When the TARDIS artron energy is completely full, the Artron Condenser will void items if you put less than 87 artron energy worth of items in the condenser.
If you put 87 or more, it will then give you an Artron Storage Cell with any extra artron energy past 86 (example: if you put exactly 87 artron worth of items, you get a storage cell with 1 energy in it, which allows you to transmute any item into a bucket)

To Reproduce

Completely fill the artron energy of your TARDIS, then put in less than 87 artron energy worth of items in the condensor

maybe, but if you put anything less than that, it just voids the items, you only get an artron cell if its 87 or more at once
