Version 1.21.8 loading, but not functioning

Describe the bug
Upon server (paper 1.21.8) boot, version latest version of TARDIS 1.21.8 (commit: 103dd4b) doesnt not appear to function correctly. the door opens and closes and i can enter and exit the tardis, however, attempting anything results in "x circuit is not installed." and commands such as /tardisgive return no output and dont do anything.
To Reproduce
- install version 1.21.8 paper server
- install TARDIS 1.21.8 (commit: 103dd4b
- attempt to use the plugin.

Please try the latest build from the TARDIS Jenkins server - http://tardisjenkins.duckdns.org:8080/job/TARDIS-Paper/
1.21.8 builds are a hard fork, and are Paper only, Spigot support has been dropped.
I'm running a Paper server without any issues, though I run far less plugins than you do. Perhaps a plugin conflict?
Also check your difficulty config settings they have changed from simple easy/hard options.
You might need to set difficulty.circuits: false
Also might need to update your TARDIS items, and resource pack if you use it - https://github.com/eccentricdevotion/TARDIS-Resource-Pack/tree/adventure-components

I've just been working on updating disks and circuits in the storage GUI, I'll be doing the advanced console next - perhaps disable circuits for a bit in the config
