Describe the feature request

As of current it dose look like the seed difficulty change don't work however i would like a way to make the seed use any item including tardis circuits have a way where it can be a shapeless craft or the current system.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not really was testing the harder crafting recipe and found they don't work or give an error but that could also be something wrong on the server setting.
