Second image for fromImage mode for height

Hi,
wouldnt it be cool if we would have the option to draw a second Image for the fromImage mode in the grey colors (black to white) that would change the height of the biomes at this point? it would be very easy to create custom hills and valleys without making extra biomes. i think it would also be smaller, if you save your image with the limited colors.
I also think, that the integration of this feature isnt too difficult?
The use would be really simple.
What do you think?
Sorry for my bad english.

Can't you use WorldPainter for this?

Thanks for the answer rutgerkok,
I want to have the heights in the biomes. Something like in this channelpicture: http://www.youtube.com/user/NiicKNumber1
wouldnt that be really cool to have? it would give so much possibilities.
I mean, the map can look so: http://nathguil.free.fr/SearchAndRescue/heightmap_tmp.png (fast googled) and the biome would be a bit higher at the bright areas.

As far as I know, WorldPainter can import height images. If you still want to use TC's resource generator, you can mark chunks as needing population. Terrain Control will then add your own trees/grass/ponds to the map.

I will try it but i think its very difficult to use, i have to paint the top block, so i have to know where the biomes like desert, forest, etc are to draw them in worldpainter and let them populate in tc. also, as far as i know, the worlds painted by worldpainter are extremly smooth and "unnatural". it would be awesome to just say: "here is BiomeHeight = BiomeHeightConfig + 0.2" or something like that. i want to let the terrain generate like it would normally, with noise and so on. just modify the high to have "real" hills and valleys... the minecraft worldgenerator is bad at this, i guess.
you could create such a beautyful, realistic world with that. i thought of something like taking the biome of the 4x4 area via fromImage1 and additionally check for modification of BiomeHeight in the 2. image for this area.
I'm unfortunally not a java pro, but this isnt too difficult i guess. I'm sure this would help other people too.
Yes, i could create 5 "heightversions" of all biomes, but you can just have 256 custom biomes as far as i know and i have 90 at this moment. maybe 100 when im ready with the biome-configurations and deleted unneeded ones.

When it would work that way, the usage would be very simple. you could draw the height with a template of your biome map one layer under the image.

Is the request declined? I dont like to dont know whats happening.
Is it possible to change the BiomeHeight with another plugin while the chunk is generated?

Hi,
the feature" you requested isn´t necessary really as you have plenty of oppportunities in basic TC to adjust the heights even in very close steps, as I told you (in German ;-) ... ) at the Forum in your simmilar posting.
