Hi,
I own 2 servers that use TerrainControl (Love this plugin alot) and on both of them i keep getting these errors on startup. Both errors are in the same pastebin.

I wouldn't use a dev build on a live server. Wait until a stable version for 1.7.2 is out if you don't want damages on your map, 1.7.2 dev is far from completed and should only be used for testing. Unfortunately after this big update both Bukkit and and most plugins need some time for proper updates.

You might have used the wrong TC (dev) and/or bukkit too.
Use latest craftbukkit 2938 (http://dl.bukkit.org/downloads/craftbukkit/) and TC dev 63 (http://mctcp.com:8900/job/TerrainControl/) and everything will start error-free ;-)

We're working on it. The dev builds are somewhat stable, but almost all of the new 1.7 features are missing. The default settings for the new biomes aren't usable at the moment - only the height, color, wetness, temperature and village settings are correct. Trees, grass, flowers and the mesa biome layers are missing.
